This Site is dedicated to Rev. Prof. DDDr. Placid Joseph Podipara, CMI, popularly known and fondly called by the Malayalees as "Placidachan", the great son of the Syro-Malabar Church. He was the voice of the Thomas Christians of India of the twentieth century and stands as a towering personality among the ecclesiastical luminaries of India. Placidachan spent himself completely for building up the community of Mar Thomma Nazranikal in its genuine charm and colour.
